There is no restocking fee on skis that have not been mounted. Product needs to be in original packaging and not mounted or used in anyway to be given a full refund. If skis are used or mounted by a shop other than us there are no returns. If you had us mount the bindings there will be a restocking fee of 15%. If there is a warranty issue you will have to contact us and we will start the warranty process. Warranty is only for manufacturer defect and does not include damage caused from the crossing the skis over and cutting the skis that is user damage. If you request the skis be mounted by us and then decide to return them with in the 30 Day period there will be a 15% Restocking Fee.
