You are looking at one of the baddest custom GEM electric vehicles on planet earth!!  This GEM car was completely torn apart to the bare frame, then custom rebuilt from the asphalt up.  Everything on this car is brand new.  New paint, new interior and upholstery, new rims, new tires, new lug nuts, new GEL batteries, new motor, sound system, new lighting and electronics, new terminals and electrical…. its all brand new!!  This car draws a crowd everywhere you go.  Park at the local Starbucks for morning coffee or take it to your favorite dinner spot and watch people surround the car for a closer look.  You can NOT drive this car without people stopping to stare or commenting or asking questions.  We designed this car to be the absolute best it can be.  Every aspect of the vehicle was thought out and built to perfection.  We hand built a 6.5″ suspension lift kit with widened and extended wheelbase for superior handling.  This car handles far better than stock and accelerates like a rocket!!  We installed all new sealed maintenance free batteries, a brand new 11.6 peak HP motor and built T5 controller, and yes it flies!!!  From a dead stop, it will actually chirp the tires on heavy acceleration.  Top speed is between 35 & 40MPH and the range is every bit of 20-30 miles per charge.  Even with 4 full grown adults on board, it rips up hills and handles all types of terrain with ease.
EXTERIOR:
We just painted the car in Lamborghini tangelo orange metallic with jet black accents.  Look closely and you will notice the attention to detail and custom 2-tone paint scheme carried throughout the entire vehicle.  We hand painted every aspect of the car guaranteeing this to be the only one like it in the world.  The front nose is done in black with orange sides.  This theme carries over the roof of the car and down throughout the rear bed too.  We hand built the rear Cadillac style bed rails then built matching nerf bar side steps.  We hand built the extra thick tube chassis roof rack and front pre runner off road style bumper as well.  All exterior accent parts are powder coated in gloss black so they will not scratch, chip or peel.  The headlights were upgraded to high power LED’s and all lenses and signals were smoke tinted.  We installed all new black body bolts and all new black body trim seals and trim accents.  As mentioned above, this car has a brand new 6.5″ suspension lift kit.  We just added brand new 14″ MZ racing gloss black rims with ball cut metal accent edges, which look amazing in person.  The tires are brand new 23″ all trails which are street and turf legal.
INTERIOR:
Look closely and you will notice the paint scheme of this car carries throughout the entire vehicle both inside and out.  We painted the inner roof, lower seat pod, upper and lower dash and all roof support to match.  The seats were done in black with gray carbon fiber centers.  We used orange stitch threading to build the double stitch diamond centers and bright orange piping around the outer edges.  We added 2 inches of additional padding inside the seats for added comfort and a thicker appearance, which dramatically helps.
ELECTRONICS & POWERTRAIN:
This car has 6 brand new sealed maintenance free 12v GEL batteries installed July of 2021.  This car has a built in Delta Q smart charger which has been properly set to the correct battery algorithm so it charges correctly every time.  We installed a separate 12v auxiliary battery to power all of the lighting and sound system upgrades independent from the car.  We installed a brand new Kenwood Bluetooth media player head unit which streams music direct from your smart phone.  The front has dual 6.5″ high power speakers while the rear has dual 6×9 speakers.  This system ROCKS and sounds amazing in person!!  We installed new custom interior and underbody LED lighting with hand held remote control function.  This allows you to select any color you want (red, blue, green, orange, white, yellow) or you can select multi color function where the lights flash from one color to the next.  You can even set the LED lights to the sound of the music and the lights will flash to the beat of the music.
OVERALL:
Here at EV Designs, we specialize in custom GEM electric vehicles.  We have built, customized and tricked out hundreds of GEM cars over the years.  We do everything in house and it’s all done by hand.  All of our lift kits are done by hand, specific to that particular vehicle.  All of our roof racks, front pre runner bumpers, side rocker steps, tow hitch receivers and bed side rails are done by hand by our highly skilled fabrication tech.  All of our paint jobs and upholstery work is done in house.  You will not find another GEM car like this, anywhere.  This car took over 3 months to build.  In summary, you are looking at one of the most beautiful custom lifted GEM electric vehicles you will ever see.  This car has every option one can possibly think of and many you probably didn’t even know existed.  Check out the photo’s below and you will see for yourself what we mean.  This car is absolutely awesome in every way!!  This car is a late model generation 2 model vehicle as well with disc brakes, improved steering and all modern upgrades.
